Duties and Responsibilities:
Bookings on the Access system
Printing and compiling reports
Checking completed jobs
Creativing new upgrades and downgrades jobs
Processing PO’s for creditors
Prepare timesheets for Adhoc staff
Manage all incoming and outgoing calls
Monitor gate and front door
All other related duties
Computer literate: MS Office (Excel advanced level).
Access computer system
At least 2 years administrative experience .
Excellent verbal & written English communication skills.
Good organization and planning skills.
Ability to multi task.
Attention to detail.
